Conference Registration (Virtual Mode) and Payment Guidelines
All participants must complete both the registration form and payment process to be considered successfully registered for the conference. Registration is mandatory for all presenters and attendees.
Registration Steps
Step 1: Make the Payment
Participants must first pay the applicable registration fee according to their category. Payment must be made using the official payment methods provided below.
Note: Keep a screenshot or PDF receipt of the transaction for uploading during registration.
Step 2: Fill the Online Registration Form
After making the payment:
- Access the registration form through the link given below.
- Fill in all required details accurately.
- Upload the following:
- Payment proof (transaction receipt/screenshot/payment confirmation E-Mail)
- Institutional ID card (for UG/PG students)
- Abstract acceptance letter (if required)
Incomplete forms or missing documents may lead to delayed confirmation or rejection.
A. Online Payment: Indians (Recommended)
Use payment gateway button given below (Indians and international payments using credit cards only, others can use only UPI payment using scanner given below or direct account payment)
Once the payment is successful, save the transaction ID or receipt – it must be uploaded in the registration form as proof of payment.

C. UPI Transfer: Indians (Recommended)
After payment, note down the UPI transaction reference number for uploading in the registration form.
Payment Information
All registration fees are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclude payment transfer charges. Additional charges may be incurred at the time of payment, depending on the policies of your bank, credit/debit card provider, or online payment gateway, as well as prevailing currency exchange rates.
*International participants are requested to ensure that the full registration amount is transferred in USD exclusive of any currency conversion, intermediary bank fees, or transfer charges. Any shortfall due to such deductions must be settled before the conference.
The registration fee includes access to all virtual conference and networking sessions, digital conference materials and the abstract booklet, and an e-certificate of participation/presentation. An original signed certificate may be provided upon request, subject to nominal postage charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizing team. Refunds will be processed only for requests received on or before 20th September 2025, subject to deduction of applicable processing fees.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after this date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after the conclusion of the event.
